THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.27172 OF 2017 DATED : 16.08.2017 Between :

Aguru Srinivasa Rao, S/o.Late Venkataramana, Aged 45 yrs, R/o.Garividi Village & Mandal, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh & another. ..

Petitioners And The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, Guntur District & others.

.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.27172 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard.

2.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they filed Inam Petition No.355 of 2009 before the Inam Tribunal-cum-Tahsildar, Rajam Mandal, Srikakulam District (for short 'the Tribunal'). But the same is not disposed of. Alleging the same, petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.41992 of 2015. The said writ petition was disposed of by order dated 06.01.2016, granting six months time to the Tribunal to pass orders on the Inam petition filed by the petitioners. Alleging inaction in disposing of the Inam petition, inspite of the directions issued by this Court, this writ petition is filed. In other words petitioner is seeking similar direction as granted and also compliance of the directions issued. 3.

If it is the grievance of the petitioners that the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.41992 of 2015 are not complied, they have to work out their remedies complaining of such noncompliance. There cannot be a fresh writ petition seeking similar relief and for implementation of the earlier direction. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

4.

Leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies as available in law, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
