The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 24.08.2015, passed in I.A.No.310 of 2015 in O.S.No.4122 of 2010 on the file of learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. No representation for the revision petitioners.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the very suit in O.S.No.4122 of 2010 on the file of learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was decreed without costs on 18.04.2016.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
