Heard Sri P. Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Co-operative Societies for respondents.
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 16-06-2012 as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16-06-2012 for regularization of his services in respondent bank. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a Messenger in District Co-operative Central Bank Limited, Srikakulam, vide proceedings in R.C.No.Estt/F5/2010-2011, dated 08-05-2010. He submitted a representation, dated 16-06-2012 to the 1st respondent seeking regularization of his services. He is being paid salary of Rs.
155/- per day, which is not sufficient to maintain his family. There are regular vacancies available in the bank at present and he requested the respondents to regularize his services.
within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
