RSC, J & TA, J F.C.A.No.270 of 2008 Dt: 19-03-2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Appeal arises from the judgment and decree dated 11-08-2008, on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad, whereby the learned Family Court has dismissed the petition, namely F.C.O.P.No.359 of 2007, filed by the appellant for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 32 of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869.

The present appellant had also challenged another judgment and decree dated 11-08-2008, on the file of the same Court whereby the learned Family Court has granted a decree of judicial separation in favour of the respondent- wife. Since this Court has already upheld the judgment granting the judicial separation, the present Appeal no longer survives. Therefore, the present Appeal is, hereby, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
