HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1871 OF 2015 ORDER:- The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 10.09.2014 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar in C.M.A.No.1 of 2014, vacating the injunction granted in favour of the petitioner on 28.07.2012, which was also made absolute on 18.06.2013.

Inasmuch as, the suit itself is for injunction and initially the injunction came to be granted on 28.07.2012 and the same was also made absolute on 18.06.2013 and the same is continued to be in operation till 10.09.2014, this Court while issuing notice granted status quo on 19.06.2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel that the suit itself is of the year 2012 and they would be satisfied if a direction is given to the Court below to take up the main suit and dispose of the same uninfluenced by any of the observations made in I.A. or C.M.A. orders, there shall be a direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar, to take up trial of the suit in O.S.No.117 of 2012 and dispose of the same within six months from today. Pending disposal of the suit, the status quo order grated on 19.06.2015 shall operate. With the above direction this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
