THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.35585 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr.M.Srinivasa Rao, counsel for respondent No.3.

Petitioner complains inaction in passing final orders against show cause notice, dated 04.01.2016, issued to respondent No.3, as illegal and contrary to the Panchayat Raj Act, 1994. The Court is constrained to note that respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been affording opportunity after opportunity to respondent No.3 either for perusing the record or submitting explanation to notices from time to time and observe that the exercise undertaken shall be continued only by issuing show cause notices. The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development submits that respondent Nos.1 and 2 will, as the circumstances warrant, take a final decision in this behalf, within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
