O R D E R:

When the matter is taken up today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners that the respondent authorities are not laying any road in the subject property and there is no road existing as on date and he seeks permission of this Court to renew his request by way of filing another writ petition in the event of any necessity in the future.

The said request is accepted.

For the reasons stated above, writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners herein to file a fresh writ petition in the event of their being any fresh cause of action with regard to the subject property in future.
