Panduranga Rao, the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation, Nellore, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.
2. As per the material available before this Court, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 15.02.2018 to respondent No.3 - Municipality, requesting to regularize the vacant site, which is abutting to his land, to an extent of 24 ankanams (192 square yards) of the site of Magunta Layout in NMC in L.P. No.101 of 1995 on payment of market value. On the basis of the said representation, respondent No.1 vide its Memo No.1063313/J2/2018, dated 26.02.2018, issued instructions to respondent No.3 to examine the matter as per rules in force and furnish a detailed report to it immediately for taking further necessary action.
3. The main grievance of the petitioner herein is that, despite issuing such instructions, no further action has been taken by respondent No.3.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
