O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.3 - Station House Officer, Police Station, Thallada at Thallada, Khammam District, in conducting investigation in Cr.No.70 of 2017, the petitioner No.1, who is the complainant, filed the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Thallada Police Station, Khammam District, dated 27.08.2018, stating that the crime was investigated and it revealed that no foul play was established against the accused in FIR and after obtaining permission from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Wyra to refer the complaint of the petitioner as 'lack of evidence', notice was served on the complainant on 28.07.2018 and final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. was filed on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Madhira on 28.07.2018 and the same is pending consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner, could not dispute the assertion made in the written instructions.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedies available under law.
