This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting construction permission and approval by notice in File No.G/168/BA/WZ/13559/2015, dated 18.03.2015 of the 5th respondent in respect of the Plot No.390 in Survey No.44/1 of Mathrusri Co.operative House Building Society Limited, Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act and for a consequential direction to the respondents to grant Building Permission.

Heard Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned G.P. for Municipal Administration, appearing for the first respondent, Smt.A.Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 5 and learned G.P.for Revenue, appearing for the 4th respondent. At the time of hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.2454 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by the respondents. Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court dated 09.02.2015 in W.P.No.2454 of 2015, directing the respondents to consider the application of petitioners for grant of building permission to the petitioners in respect of plot No.390 of Mathrusri Co.operative House Building Society Limited, Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal

Corporation Act, 1955. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
