CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.19606 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.19606 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus for the release of one Yesubabu (hereinafter referred to as "the detenu"), husband of the petitioner, from detention, by setting aside detention order of respondent No.2, dated 22.03.2016.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Pleader for Home (TG).

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) submitted that this court, by order, dated 01.11.2016, in W.P.No.14921 of 2016, filed by one K.Shalini, for the release of her father Ch.Elia, upheld the detention order by dismissing the writ petition. In paragraph (C) of the impugned detention order dated 22.03.2016, it is specifically alleged that Ch.Elia is an associate of the detenu.

Inasmuch as the detention of the associate of the detenu was not interfered with by this Court, for the same reasons, on which this court has dismissed W.P.No.14921 of 2016, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed. For the above mentioned reasons, the writ petition is dismissed.
