Heard Sri Sridhar Bhuvanagiri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

When this writ Petition was listed on 21.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and this matter was directed to be listed on 22.O8.2O25 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today i.e. on 22.08.2025, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
