HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21324 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of respondents 2 to 5 in de-listing the schedule property from the prohibited lit of Narsingi Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government for the Revenue (TG) for the respondents. The learned AGP placed before this Court, the instructions received from the 3rd respondent herein, which would disclose that the subject property has been deleted from the prohibition list and consequential proceedings have also been issued. The said fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary.
