Alleging that respondents 3 to 5 - police authorities, are insisting the petitioner to come to the police station at the instance of unofficial respondents 6 and 7 and interfering with civil dispute in O.S.No.81 of 2015 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge at Sathupally, pending between the parties. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Aswaraopet Police Station, Bhadradri Kotahgudem District dated 21.08.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that unofficial respondent No.7 lodged a complaint on 24.07.2018 against the petitioner and a G.D. entry was made and the dispute between the parties was found to be purely of civil in nature and hence no action has been taken on the said complaint.
Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
