THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 28159 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant in respect of Gollaguda Gram Panchayat, Bibinagar Mandal, Nalgonda District. She was kept under suspension by proceedings dated 29.10.2014 on the basis of social audit report dated 11.08.2014. She was issued a show cause notice and she submitted her explanation. After conducting a detailed enquiry an order was passed on 29.05.2015 reinstating her into service by imposing a fine of Rs.3,000/- and for recovery of Rs.966/-. The petitioner paid the said amount before the fifth respondent, but when the respondents 4 and 5 did not permit her to join duty, the present Writ Petition was filed. 2.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that they have no objection to take the petitioner into service provided the petitioner reports for duty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to join duty.

In the circumstances, recording the submissions of both the counsel, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to report for duty as early as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
