Though the appeal was posted under the caption "FOR ORDERS", there was no representation on either side on the last occasion i.e., on 31.03.2017. Same is the situation even today. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
