THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.3725 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Smt.S.Annapurna, learned counsel for petitioner and with her consent this C.R.P. is disposed of at the admission stage.

2) This CRP is filed aggrieved by the order dt.28.05.2015 in I.A.No.50 of 2015 in CMA No.2 of 2015 passed by the Vacation Civil Judge (I Additional District Judge), Khammam, whereby learned Judge refused to grand ad interim injunction.

3) Considering the urgency pleaded by learned counsel for petitioner, this CRP is disposed of with a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Khammam, in which Court according to the petitioner CMA No.2 of 2015 is now pending, to dispose of the said CMA within two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
