O R D E R

This writ petition is filed alleging that unofficial respondents 3 and 4 in collusion with the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, A.S.Peta Police Station, Nellore District, are trying to trespass into the Dargah and take video, contrary to their customary rights.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, A.S.Peta Police Station, Nellore District, dated 23.08.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that police are not concerned with the administration of the dargah and the issue of its administration will be looked into by the management of dargah board and that till date, petitioner has not approached the police authorities and has not give any petition regarding the above issue.

Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
