This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Docket Order dt. 27.02.2015 in I.A.No.114 of 2015 in O.S.No.167 of 2011 passed by Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit i.e., O.S.No.167 of 2011 pending on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala, has been disposed of on 17.11.2017 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
