Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P) The grievance arises under the Registration Act, 1908 and particularly against the inaction in disposing of the representation dated 13.3.2015 filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondentDistrict Registrar, Visakhapatnam District, Visakhapatnam. The learned Government Pleader on instructions, submits that the allegation of inaction against the 2nd respondent is incorrect as the 2nd respondent has already initiated action and its completion may take little more time. Had it been a case where the 2nd respondent fails to act in the matter, this Court would have certainly considered the reasons stated by the petitioner on the inaction in disposing of the representation dated 13.3.2015.

As action is already set in motion, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13.3.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the 2nd respondent affords an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 8 in the enquiry taken on the representation dt. 13.3.2015..

Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions if any pending shall stand closed. JUSTICE S. V. BHATT
