CVNR, J & MSKJ, J FCA.No.188 of 2016 Dt:24.11.2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against order, dated 17.9.2016, in FCOP.No.1485 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr. Amancharla V.Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to his client to file a Review before the Family Court.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, FCAMP.No.468 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
