THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.1137 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Revision Petition is that he had filed a counter in I.A.No.1297 of 2013 filed by 1st respondent in O.S.No.430 of 2013; the Court below having granted an ad-interim injunction in the said I.A. on 17-06-2013 has ignored Order 39 Rule 3A CPC and has failed to decide the said I.A. in spite of the fact that the counter affidavit has been filed by the petitioner therein.

Having regard to the said grievance, the Court below is directed to decide I.A.No.1297 of 2013 in O.S.No.430 of 2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively after hearing the petitioner and the 1st respondent and any other respondents who intend to contest it.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
