Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 205 of 2018 on the file of P.S. Balapur, Rachakonda.
The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 29-08-2018 made in Crl.P.No. 8771 & 8859 of 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E.Venkataiah, Advocate for the Petitioni:r and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent_No.1 , the Court made the following ORDER:
" Heard. Perused the record. - This application is filed by the petitioner/accused requesting to reduce the surety amount stipulated in the common bail order, dated 29.08.2018, passed by thls Court in Crl.P.Nos.8771 & 8859 of 2018.
The learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submits that the petitioner/accused is a daily wager and it is difficult for him to furnish surety of Rs.50,000/-, as oidered by this Court in the aforementioned common bail order and ultimately prayed to reduce the amount of surety. Having regard to the submissions and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition with regard to execution of personal bond by the petitioner/accused imposed by this Court in the common bail order, dated 29.08.20'18, passed by this Court in Crl.P.Nos.877'l & 8859 ot 2018, is modified as under: "The petitioner/accused shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) With two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the SHO concerned.'L No change in the other conditions. - This petition is ordered accordingly." - Sd/.
