HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.14502 of 2014 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Siricilla, on 22.01.2015, after committal case was numbered as S.C.No.71 of 2015, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
