ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not cleaning the drainage and not lifting the garbage in front of the petitioner's house bearing No.14-79, Vagu Gadda Street, Manthani, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct the 4th respondent to remove the garbage from the drainage in front of the petitioner house.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the directions of this Court, dated 23.09.2015, the drainage is cleared and there is no garbage now piled up. In view of the same, the grievance in the writ petition does not survive.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. It is always open to the petitioner to avail her remedies as available in law, if there is any blockage of drainage and appropriate action is not taken by 4th respondent Gram Panchayat.
