ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 31.10.2014, in IA.No.1226 of 2014 in OS.No.1211 of 2014 on the file of learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereby the lower Court has directed the petitioner to furnish security for the suit claim.

Though the impugned order does not appear to satisfy with the requirements of Order XXXVIII Rule-5(1) (b) of the Code of Civil Procedure, at the hearing, 2Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner,

submitted that after passing of the order under revision, his client has filed an application for vacating the said order and that the lower Court has heard the said application and reserved the same for orders. In view of the above subsequent event, I am not inclined to entertain this Civil Revision Petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in the event an order adverse to his interests is passed in the application filed by him for vacating the order under revision.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPP.No.6093 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous. ____________________________ JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY 05th February, 2015 DR
