HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1578 OF 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 27.04.2017 passed in W.P. No.31707 of 2013.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that in C.C.No.76 of 2014 which was filed against the petitioner, the entire trial is over and judgment was pronounced on 21.02.2018 by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy, nothing survives for adjudication. In view of the submission made, no orders need to be passed and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
