HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.2222 OF 2018 ORDER: (oral) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that order dated 06.03.2018 passed in W.P.No.7320 of 2017 by this Court has been complied with vide Rc.No.11726/2007/C1/Zone-V dated 25.09.2018 however disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that this order is not properly passed.

2. Since the order dated 06.03.2018 has been complied with, we hereby discharge the respondents/contemnors from the contempt proceedings.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner, if he aggrieved by the proceedings dated 25.09.2018, he may challenge the same before appropriate forum.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
