13.04.2022 KS,J I.A.No.02 of 2022 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking to correct the order dated 04.04.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in Criminal Petition No.8865 of 2018 stating that In the second paragraph of the order dt.04.04.2022 passed by this Court, it was wrongly typed as "XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad" instead of "VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

Heard. Perused the order dt.04.04.2022 Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered and the wrongly typed Court name in the second paragraph of the order dt.04.04.2022 is corrected and substituted with "The VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar."

CC today Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order dt.10.02.2022.

"Petitioner is directed to approach respondent No.2 and submit her application along with original certificates by paying Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) towards registration charges and Rs.7,500/- (Rupees seven thousand five hundred only) towards service provider charges by 25.02.2022.

Since it is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent No.2 that the first round of counseling has started and for this purpose merit list has already been prepared, respondent No.2 shall take necessary steps in accordance with law for considering the case of the petitioner in the first phase of counseling, if possible, otherwise in the next phase of counseling."

Office is directed to rectify the name of the petitioner as 'Chilukuri Sreenivasu' instead of 'Chilkuri Srinivas' in the cause title and issue modified copy of the order by substituting the operative portion of the order to the above effec b/o; trr
