This writ petition is filed challenging the G.O.Rt.No.1887, Labour Employment Training & Factories (IMS) dated 26-09-2008, published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.582, Part-I, Extraordinary as Final Notification and the earlier G.O.Rt.No.2525, Labour Employment Training & Factories Department, dated 13-11-2007 published in A.P.Gazette No.662, dated 23-11-2007, issued by the 1st respondent.

Sri Pasham Srinivasulu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 06-10-2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.6363 of 2009 and Batch as confirmed by judgment in W.A.No.207 of 2016, dated 16-03-2016. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the afore said orders, the writ petition is also dismissed.

No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
