ORDER

This application is filed seeking to relax condition imposed by this Court on 30,08.2018 to appear before investigating officer once in a week i.e, on every Sunday between 10,00 and 11.0O a.m till filing of report/charge sheet.

The petitioner is A.16 in Crime No.171 of 2013 pending on the file of Kanagal Police Station, Nalgonda District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Section 1-20-8, 42O,406 and 109 IPC and Section 5 of the A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Rules, 1999 and Sections 4 and 5 read with Sections 2(c) , 3 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning Act), 1978 and Section 58(s) of RBI Act, 1934,

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that the investigation is still pending and charge sheet has to be filed. He further submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner with regard to the allegation of violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court. Considering the said aspects, this application is allowed relaxing the condition to appear before investigating officer once in a week i,e. on every Sunday between 1O.00 and 11,OO a,m till filing of report/charge sheet. However, it is made clear that other conditions imposed in the order remain unaltered.
