This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to transfer O.S.No.327of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar to the Court of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried along with O.S.No.296 of 2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
