The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is not completing the investigation in Cr.No.24 of 2018 of Kandukur Police Station.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that investigation is in progress and respondent-police requires one month time for completion of investigation and file appropriate report. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to complete investigation and file appropriate report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
