ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not issuing the Hall Tickets to the students of the Petitioner college for the academic year 2011-12 for the B.Sc., (MLT) Degree Course even though the respondent University has already received the entire affiliation fees from the petitioner college as illegal, arbitrary and violation of the principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondent to issue Hall Tickets to the students of the Petitioner College which the practical exams scheduled to be held from 3-2-2012 to 15-2-2012 and theory examinations from 1st March, 2012 onwards or thereafter pass such other order or orders...." At the hearing, Mr.A.V.L.S.Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that

the writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 10.02.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.4366 of 2012 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.4366 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 24th June, 2015 GHN
