The case of the petitioner is that he made application on 12-07-2016 to the revenue authorities to rectify the mistake in respect of subject property. In the said application the petitioner stated that he is the owner of the property in Sy.No.37 an extent of 4-76 cents situated at Budanampalli Village of Mudigubba Mandal. The same was purchased from G.Narayana Reddy and his son G.Pulla Reddy under registered sale deed document No.2291/01, dated 01-06-2001. After that the petitioner's name was entered in revenue records. But the same was not reflected in latest pahanies. On the said representation, the District Collector, Anantapuram addressed a letter in Dis.No.4918/2016/D-4, dated 19-07-2016 to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar for mutation of petitioner's name in on-line revenue records. Though revenue authorities issued revenue records in favour of the petitioner, they changed the subject property into "Meegulu Bhoomi" unilaterally. Hence, the present writ petition.
In view of above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed
by the petitioner, dated 12-07-2016, in accordance with law and take action within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
