THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30083 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise, apart from perusing the material on record.

The grievance of the petitioners, in the present Writ Petition, is that they submitted a representation to the second respondent on 19.03.2018 for refund of the licence fee, said to have been paid by them in excess, in respect of the wine shop situated at Nagari Mandal, Chittoor District, but the second respondent is not considering the same, despite lapse of considerable length of time. During the course of arguments, a copy of the representation, dated 19.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, which is not filed along with the Writ Petition, is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioners, which obviously does not bear the signatures of the petitioners.

In order to have a quietus for the grievance of the petitioners herein, taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to submit a representation afresh to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such representation is

submitted, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
