Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in conducting the investigation and filing final report in Cr.No.36 of 2018, dated 24-03-2018 on the file of 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that investigation will be completed within six weeks from 10-09-2018 and appropriate report will be filed by following due procedure. Since already four weeks elapsed, the respondent-police are directed to complete the investigation and file report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
