SKK,J Crl.P_14240_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner - A1 in Crime No. 287 of 2016 registered by the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC.

There are four accused in the present case. A2 and A3 are the parents and A4 is the sister of the petitioner - A1. A2 to A4 have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by VI Additional District Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam vide order dated 03.06.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2017 of 2016.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has strenuously opposed the case of the petitioner and submitted that the Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court hereby directs the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Vsakhapatnam to enlarge the petitioner - A1 on bail in the event of his arrest on condition that he executes a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/ - (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam.

SKK,J Crl.P_14240_2016 Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
