When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 12.08.2015, in W.P.No.3465 of 2015 and batch of this Court and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said common order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
