K.A.Vijaya Raju, v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18810 of 2012 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.06.2012 made to the third respondent. The main grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the representation dated 11.06.2012 made to the third respondent is not considered till date.
Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 11.06.2012, if it is still pending and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
