THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.13444 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri Deepak Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the Member Secretary, SRDS, Hyderabad, in the appeal preferred against the order under challenge in this Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before appropriate authority against the order, dated 01.08.2015, in proceedings No.340/SCRD/119/SPM(DM)/2015 passed by the Member Secretary, SRDS, Hyderabad. There shall be no order as to costs.
