THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2397 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the accused No.1 to 3 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in PRC No.13 of 2015 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Narasapur, West Godavari District. After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings at this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners confined his arguments for speedy disposal of the case and informed that the case is committed to the Court of Sessions and it is yet to be numbered as S.C. In the circumstances, the District Judge, West Godavari is directed to allot the case to the concerned court for early disposal and on such committal, the concerned court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of three months.

The presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for their appearance. The petitioners are directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 24.02.
