The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of agricultural land in Sy.No.22/1/2 admeasuring Ac.9.10 cents situated at Nadigudem Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District having acquired the same by virtue of inheritance through his father and he was issued Pattedar Passbook and Title deed vide Patta No.794 on 26.02.2010. But after computerization of revenue records, the petitioner noticed that his name is reflecting only to an extent of Ac.6.85 cents instead of Ac.9.10 cents and made an application on 15.02.2016 before the 4th respondent for rectification of the same. As no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application filed by the petitioner on 15.02.2016 is pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
