It is represented by Sri Share Khalid, learned counsel representing Sri Ghanta Rama Rao, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, the representation dated 13.02.2000 submitted by the petitioners for implementing the revised pay scales 2005 with effect from 01.04.2005 has been considered, thereby, the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed, and hence, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
