This is a writ of mandamus filed for a direction to the Police not to call the petitioners to the Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad and threaten them with dire consequences.

2. The petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, calling the petitioner to the Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad and threatening them with dire consequences that they would foist false case against the petitioner and his family members as illegal and arbitrary.

3. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner and third respondent were married on 30/11/2015 and it was an arranged marriage performed as per Hindu rites and customs. The petitioner was a physically handicapped person and he lodged a complaint before the Police Kushaiguda, Hyderabad, as the third respondent was missing. The third respondent's parents have informed after two days that their daughter has come to home and brought her to the petitioner's house and left there. Thereafter, the second respondent-Station House

Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, is frequently calling the petitioner and his family members to the Police Station and threatening that he would foist false case against them. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the second respondent not to call the petitioner and his family members to the Kushaiguda Police Station.

4. Heard the arguments of the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents 1 and 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent-Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad is calling the petitioner to the Police Station frequently and harassing him by threatening with dire consequences that he would foist a false case against him and his family members.

6. The contents of the affidavit filed by the petitioner does not disclose the motive for the second respondent in calling the petitioner to the Kushaiguda Police Station frequently. The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner due to apprehension that Police may foist a false case against him has filed the present writ petition.

7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, there are no grounds for granting any relief. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, this Court feels it expedient to direct the second respondent-Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, to follow the circular order/instructions as per the judgment rendered by this Court in WP.No. 1871 of 2008, DARAPANENI KRISHNA MURTHY V/s. THE SUPERINTENDNET OF POLICE, GUNTUR, GUNTUR DISTRICT AND ORS 1.

8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
