THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5479 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.85 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kethapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer laid charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
