When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in WP.No. 27195 of 2007 and batch dated 08/02/2010 and a copy of the same is also placed on record.

2. Following the above said order, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order dated 08/02/2010 passed by this Court in WP.No. 27195 of 2007 to this order.
