ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in considering representations, dated 28.10.2015, 20.11.2015, 02.12.2015 and 17.12.2015, of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr. K.Sai Rama Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for

permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail a fresh remedy for questioning the Building Regularisation Scheme.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
