Heard Sri Pramod Singh for petitioner and Sri V.Ramchander Goud for 1st respondent. Notice to 2nd respondent is dispensed with. The prayer is one against inaction of respondents 1 and 2 in considering and disposing of representation dated 09-11-2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

After perusing the representation dated 09-11-2016 along with Certificates, this Court is of the view that respondents 1 and 2 can be directed to consider the representation dated 09-11-2016 and take a decision within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per applicable Regulations and extant Rules.
