HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29843 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the petitioners' representation dated 18-06-2018 for issuance of the pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour in respect fo the land admeasuring Ac.15-00 guntas in Sy.No.57/E, situated at Shamshiguda Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted representation on 18-06-2018 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour for the subject land, the respondent authorities did not take any action so far.

Learned Government Pleader submits that except representation, petitioners have filed no other document evidencing their right and title.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make a representation afresh, enclosing all the necessary documents evidencing their right, title and possession over the subject property, in which event, the authorities shall deal with the same, if they are otherwise authorised, in accordance with law and after hearing all concerned. No order as to costs.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed. _________________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J Dated:23.08.2018.
